All I can saw is WOW! When we bought out place at Lake Martin five years ago we were a family of 5. Now we are a family of 8 with a baby on the way. So we knew we needed to sell and start looking for something bigger. We called Adam on a Monday and our house was on the market by Thursday night and sold by Saturday. I was referred to Adam by a now neighbor in my new neighborhood on Lake Martin. From the minute I met Adam he became a friend and guided me through the purchase of my house in a friendly and professional way. Adam Is obviously an expert real estate agent but most importantly he knows the lake and he knows how to maneuver through some very unique processes with a lake house purchase. Adam helped me with my dock permitting and introduced me to dock and boatlift companies and assisted me with approvals and permitting from the developer of my neighborhood all the way to Alabama power. Adam went much farther than that to assist with references for furniture and contractors for work to be done on the house and extended his personal knowledge of the lake and it’s unique and beautiful characteristics. Adam is a Lake Martin gem! I had a waterfront lot with plans to retire on it, but then life had different plans. I had to sell the lot. I had listed it with a realtor my husband had mentioned; nothing happened and there was no communication until the contract expired. That was concerning and I decided to change realtors. Since I didn't know any of them, I just started googling and emailing. Adam responded right away. Something told me he was the right fit - he listened to what I said/wanted, he would give me his opinion but never pushed it and he kept me posted along the way. It wasn't long before I got a call - Adam had been doing some prep work before the lot was actually listed. That call was to tell me it was officially listed and there was an interested party. In less than a week, we had a concrete offer and subsequent contract that everyone could accept. Since I was out of state and not able to travel, Adam took care of everything and kept me in the loop every step of the way! I even got a handwritten note after the close.
